Donald Lum CA Don has sixteen years of public practice
experience, the last twelve years in taxation servicing a wide range of
corporate and personal clients. In addition, Don has an extensive experience in
the area of expariate tax planning and the preparation of U.S. individual
returns. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and has also lectured for
