MyStrataCorp provides an unbiased, independant review of strata documents so that buyers feel more comfortable with the operational and financial management of the strata corporation that they are buying into, and the obligations which they assume on completion. We are unique because we are the only independantly owned and operated strata document review and analysis service in the province.

We're also unique because we provide optional services of trying to locate additional documents that a vendor hasn't provided, but which the purchaser feels are important to his/her decision. (Note that we do not perform physical building inspections.)
